Accessibility

Last updated: September 2026

Phoenix exists to make complexity easier to navigate. Our website should do the same.

We aim to make Phoenix resources accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology or navigate in different ways.

What we aim for

We are designing the Phoenix website so that people can:

We use WCAG 2.2 AA as our design and testing target. This is not a claim of certification or full conformance.

Public Beta

The Phoenix Encyclopaedia and Phoenix Atlas are launching in public Beta.

That means we are still testing the accessibility of the resources across different devices, browsers and assistive technologies. Automated and manual checks cover selected journeys and layouts. Full testing with screen readers and a wider range of assistive technologies remains in progress. Some issues may remain, particularly in interactive features and visual evidence components.

Accessibility problems are defects, not optional improvements. Where we identify one, we will assess it and work to correct it.

Tell us about a problem

If something on the Phoenix website is difficult or impossible for you to access, please tell us.

It is particularly helpful if you can tell us:

Accessibility contact: hello@phoenixcontinuum.com

If you need information from the website in a different accessible format, contact us and we will consider how we can provide it.

Keeping accessibility under review

We will continue testing Phoenix during public Beta and will update this statement as the website develops.
